In 10 years filming with I finally did something I’ve always wanted to do.this year my segment was shot on a completely stock 850 155. I know I joke about the “stock” sleds I ride at home but this bad boy loaner from @outlawmotorsportsinc was as stock as it comes.
No @bdturbo, no shocks, no lightweight goodies and not even a cooker! (Which I wasn’t happy about ?). Obviously I love building my mod sleds which push me and my riding and have the industries best partners to do so but what most people don’t know is that most of the season while guiding I ride a stock based sled (with a few of my necessities of course)for all the same reasons I talk about in this piece. After watching this segment it really just proved the point to me that whether I’m on one of my mega sleds or a stock sled like this one I still want get to the gnarly places and push myself as a rider. I can’t thank @509 enough for first off letting me post my segment for this years film and letting me be a part of the crazy film series for the last 10 years. I’m excited for everyone who is going to the 509 premiere this weekend in Spokane to see the film.
The riding level is just silly!! Make sure you get your tickets at Looking forward to another great season but I have a feeling one of my new lightweight builds may get the call for action for this years segment ? ? ?.
FOX redefines ride dynamics for ATVs, mountain bikes, motocross, off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, trucks, and UTVs. Page 2 of 4 - “Schooled” video by Chris Burandt & Bret Rasmussen - posted in REV-XP / XM Chassis - Mountain Sleds: i wana see someone sidehill like that on an xp, i cant get mine to lay over like that but i have seen many ppl pull it off with a cat. But the really ride and handle like a ZX-X skidoo or Edge Polaris.
In 20+ years of hunting this is the craziest thing I’ve ever witnessed!! Being able to be a a part of Dave and Secrett Simmons’s first bow hunting experience was pretty awesome in itself but for both of them to harvest their animals a minute a part at distances of 2 feet and 12 yards was absolutely nuts!!
Their reactions and emotions were priceless and it’s safe to say that they are hooked for life. I never saw myself getting into guiding elk hunts but experiences like this. At a magical place like @bearmountainoutfitters has been pretty unreal. The video is a little long but pretty special to witness the emotions of bow hunting elk in the moment. Crazy to think that after reading one little book about bow hunting from many many years ago I’d be hooked so bad! Thanks for that Cam ?. Blessed for the opportunities and a big thanks to Brad Probst for allowing me to be a part of such a magical place at @bearmountainoutfitters ? ?? ? ??.
Oh and sorry for the language.we were all hopped up on elk fever and ? ? ?. Enjoy the vid ?? @sitkagear @mavenbuilt @mtnops @kifaruintl @bearmountainoutfitters @probstbrad.
